To continue this dynamic, the Monegasque government has allocated a budgetary envelope called the Blue Fund to help companies in the Principality develop their digital maturity, promote an ecosystem favorable to the digital economy and support the Monegasque digital business services sector.

The blue fund is a budget, created in September 2020, initially of 20 million euros, intended to push Monegasque companies towards the digital transition. This initiative has allowed the co-participation of several hundred digital projects and thus boost the economy of companies in sectors lagging behind and also in the digital business services sector.

Okay, once we've said that, how do we do it?

The Extended Monaco Blue Fund is a great opportunity to deploy a digitalization project, such as creating a website or opening an online store. The eme.gouv.mc website will help you determine your digital strategy. By creating your account, you can perform a self-diagnosis of your company's digital maturity and thus obtain, in fifteen minutes, a score divided into 5 categories: Digital Vision, Organization & Digital Culture, Online Presence, Sales & Customer Relations, Security & Infrastructure.

On the same site, you'll have free access to a hundred hours of e-learning courses and a directory of digital professionals, including Bansō. It's also where you'll find the teleservice to apply for funding.

The application for assistance from the Extended Monaco Blue Funds consists of several elements: first, the result of the self-diagnosis questionnaire of digital maturity mentioned above; then the detailed argument in favor of the digital transition project specifying the context, the methodology and the expected added value, it is like a letter of motivation; then comes the signed estimate of the digital company that is carrying out your project; of course, the complete RIB of the active bank account of your company and finally the last two VAT returns available.
